These terms govern use of devify.me. They do not govern client work; that is the Master Services Agreement.

The site is informational. Quotes generated on the site, if any, are estimates. A contract exists only when both parties sign a SOW.

Do not misuse the site (scraping beyond a polite crawl of public pages, injecting content, attempting to bypass access controls).

All site content is owned by Devify or its licensors. You may not copy it except as needed to view the site.

The site is provided as is. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages arising from use of the public site.

AI. Some public-facing copy on this site may have been drafted with AI tools and edited by a human. Client deliverables are governed by the MSA, not by this sentence.

Law and venue follow the operator's establishment. Consumers keep any non-derogable rights of their place of residence.

Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. The operator is identified in the Legal notice.
